• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on Free 999.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Free 999 platform.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or using any other method to claim bonuses in a manner not intended by Free 999.
• Money laundering: Using Free 999 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. Free 999 is required by law to report suspicious transactions.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit made to Free 999. Players who do so will have their accounts closed and the chargeback amount recovered.

Free 999 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• At the request of the player (voluntary closure).
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be closed after notice is sent to the registered email address.

If your Free 999 account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, your real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any outstanding verification requirements are met.

Players who wish to close their Free 999 account voluntarily can do so by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours.
